TWINS MAKE THEIR FAMILY PHOTOS TWICE AS GORGEOUS
One-year-old twins had fun on the beach during their family photo session. We caught up with mum Belinda after their session. What inspired you to book your photo session with Elena? Was it a special occasion?
We wanted to capture a family moment while the girls were still very little and to create a family memory.
How was the experience for you, your children and partner? What were your concerns before the shoot? And how did it turn out?
Elena was wonderful, her direction was casual, fun and welcoming. She made us all feel comfortable. My husband has some health issues and she was so accommodating.
How did you decide where to shoot and what to wear?
Elena sent out suggestions and we just created a tonal family look from that.
What do you think of when you look at the photos (or one in particular)?
Pure joy. My heart melts when I see my girls in all of them.
What are your best memories of the day?
We honestly just had a really fun time and did not feel awkward or pressured at all.
What advice would you give to another family considering getting photos done?
Let your photography lead the way and just have fun.
What do you think you’ll miss most when you look back at these photos in five or ten year’s time?
My girls’ tiny little hands, smiles and innocence.
Do you have twins? Don’t worry that they’ll be a handful on a family photo session, they’ll have fun together, and you’ll have fun playing with them. Plus twins naturally create gorgeous photos - two babies the same size, and who look the same/similar can’t help but look so cute!
